Every commission moves through the same six stages — paced to the complexity of the piece, never rushed. What follows is what you can expect from first inquiry to finished jewel.
You reach out through our inquiry form with a sense of what you have in mind. We’ll respond within 48 hours to arrange a private consultation.
No brief too early. We welcome first-time bespoke clients.
We meet — in person or virtually — to explore your vision in depth. We’ll discuss design direction, stone selection, metals, and budget. Drawing on our gemmological expertise, we help you understand your options and make confident choices.
This is where your piece begins to take shape.
We translate the consultation into hand-drawn sketches that bring your piece to life on paper. For more complex commissions, we also produce detailed CAD renders — giving you a precise, three-dimensional view of the design before a single stone is set. We refine until the design feels exactly right, however many rounds that takes.
Revisions are part of the process — not an extra.
Once the design is approved — whether from sketch or CAD render — we confirm the final specification: stones, metal, dimensions, and a production timeline tailored to your piece. A deposit secures your commission and work begins.
Timelines vary by complexity. We’ll give you a clear estimate at this stage.
Your piece is made by hand in collaboration with master craftspeople from some of the world’s finest jewellery workshops. We oversee every stage — setting, finishing, and quality control — to the standard our clients expect.
You’ll receive progress updates throughout.
Your finished piece arrives beautifully presented, accompanied by full documentation — including stone certification where applicable.
We offer in-person handover or fully insured delivery.
